I’ve been in the floral business since 1987.My only regret about FMI is not finding them sooner! The quality of their roses is second to none. That holds true also for the professional service i can always depend on. I have been in the floral industry for 35 years and have been direct shipping out of Miami for 28 years. Despite my best efforts every Valentine’s rose order was a ” hope they are good this year” worry. As we get 4000 to 5000 roses at valentines day it was always a big worry. About 7 years ago Daniel at fmi called me soliciting business. I gave him a try and have used him every week since. My “Big Valentine’s rose worry” has disappeared as the quality on a week to week basis is great and the holiday quality is just as high.

I think
fmi is the greatest I have been in the business for 27 years and never found such a wonderful staff of people. They are always there for you and try to please everone. I think Daniel,my rep is just the greatest person I have ever met, so ask for him, but not too much because I need him for my flower man.

Steve Seibel has been my rep. for years, I have forgotten just how many. He has always been professional, yet very friendly and truly cares about my business being successful. It happens so seldom, but if a problem arises , he is quick to make things right. Steve gets the job done with no excuses, just good salesman skills. Im Mari from Flowers By Mari. I received my fist box from FMI last week. Bad news was the flowers arrived and a few bunches where bruised from shipping. Worse news I was counting on those roses for wedding! Good news is when I called in, after explaining to Tony and Jon my issue, they replaced my product next day… Wedding was beautiful and I know problems happen but for everyone’s info they took care of it!!!
